The by FICLAHO designed and manufactured Fog Atomising Nozzles FICFOG (patented model) provides a unique compressed air-water fog system, which operates at low air pressure (2bar- 2,5bar) and low water pressure (2,5bar – 6bar).
Droplet size (micronisation), fog distance (cloud) and flow rate per nozzle can be varied and adjusted based on client application requirements, by simple regulating air and/or water pressures.

The FICFOG nozzles do not get clogged due to its wide exit orifice section. As an example, the 1mm FICFOG atomizing nozzle has an exit orifice section 25 times larger than the exit orifice section of the 0,2mm high pressure nozzle (metal nozzles).

The air and liquid kinetic energies do interact together to achieve a net atomising spray distance up to 8 meters long.
The compressed air forces the fog atomisation to exit the FICFOG nozzle at high speed (4m/s measured at 4 meters distant from the nozzle), hence creating a micro-ventilation effect. The FICFOG atomizing nozzle state of the art engineering design contributes to achieve maximum application homogeneity, longest atomized spray distance and fully variable flow rate and droplet size per nozzle.
